对基于“和雅”文化的幼儿园“1+4”课程建设探讨

本文针对现阶段“和雅”文化在幼儿园建设中的开展情况和“1+4”课程的核心内容进行了阐述,对“1+4”特色课程体系进行了深入研究,并从以下九个方面进行要点分析:抓稳教学重心,明确教育方向;因材施教,特色育人;利用多媒体平台,搭建特色课程;结合陶行知思想,实施“快乐生活”课程;增强幼儿体质发展,保障“阳光运动”课程;加强安全教育意识,启动“安全护航”课程;利用现有环境,打造“魅力社团”活动;不断提高教职工的业务水平;整合幼儿园资源,积极开展“和雅”教育。希望能为幼儿园“1+4和雅”特色课程体系的建设提供参考。

In this paper,the development situation of"Heya culture"in the construction of kindergarten and the core content of"1+4"curriculum are elaborated,and the"1+4"characteristic curriculum system is deeply studied.And from the following nine aspects of key points analysis:grasp the focus of teaching,clear education direction;Teaching students according to their aptitude,characteristic education;Use multimedia platform to build characteristic courses;Combined with Tao Xingzhi’s thought,implement the"Happy Life"course;Enhance children’s physical development and guarantee the"sunshine exercise"curriculum;Strengthen the awareness of safety education,start the"safety escort"course;Make use of the existing environment to create"charming club"activities;Continuously improve the professional level of the staff;Integrate kindergarten resources and actively carry out"Heya culture"education.It is hoped to provide a reference for the construction of the"1+4 Heya culture"characteristic curriculum system in kindergartens.
