摘要
幼儿教师是幼儿园可持续发展的动力和希望,因此,幼儿园长期以来非常重视教师队伍的发展、建设与培养。而在通过多种途径促进教师专业发展的过程中,逐渐显现出多重挑战和困难,幼儿教师的专业成长与自主发展需要得到重视。本文分析如何通过教研活动调动教师专业发展的主动性,使外部引领和推动发展的力量转化为教师专业自主发展的内部驱动力,突破教师现有的发展困境。
Preschool teachers are the driving force and hope for the sustainable development of kindergartens.Therefore,kindergartens attach great importance to the development,construction and cultivation of teachers for a long time.However,in the process of promoting teachers’professional development through a variety of ways,multiple challenges and difficulties gradually appear,and the professional growth and independent development of preschool teachers need to be paid attention to.This paperanalyzes how tomobilize the initiative of teachers’professional development through teaching and research activities,so that the external leading and promoting power of development can be transformed into the internal driving force of teachers’professional independent development,and break through the existing development dilemma of teachers.
