Students in the lower grades of primary school are easily affected by the external environment and have different thinking patterns and ideas.Therefore,primary school head teachers should pay attention to guiding and educating students.According to the personality characteristics of students,primary school head teachers should clarify their responsibilities,learn to empathize,embody the art of love in the education process,adjust teaching strategies by caring for students’learning,and use loving and motivating language in classroom teaching to stimulate students’initiative in learning and promote their healthy growth.
