关于小学班主任管理工作的探讨

摘要 新课改要求背景下,现代教育对小学班主任的管理工作提出了新的要求与挑战。小学是学生形成基本素养和学习习惯的关键时期,本文首先从小学班主任未能积极地转变传统的观念、小学班级管理工作体系不够完善和未能突出学生在管理工作中的主体地位三个方面简单分析了小学班主任管理工作的现状,接着分析了小学班主任开展管理工作的意义,最后从五个方面重点分析了提升小学班主任管理工作效率的策略。 Under the background of new curriculum reform requirements,modern education has put forward new requirements and challenges to the management of primary school head teachers.Primary school is a critical period for students to form basic literacy and study habits.This article first briefly analyzes the current situation of primary school head teachers’management from three aspects:primary school head teachers fail to actively change traditional concepts,the primary school class management system is not perfect,and the failure to highlights the dominant position of students in the management work,then analyzes the significance of the primary school head teacher’s management work,and finally analyzes the strategies to improve the management efficiency of the primary school head teacher from five aspects.
