摘要
在秋季开学伊始,中小学教育教学将全面落实与贯彻国家教育部下发的“双减”政策、五项管理和十项规定文件。作为初中物理教师,也应当积极响应、迎头赶上,从课程设计创新、作业布置量、高效课堂的构建以及学生主动探究与核心素养的提升等方面,将减负增效的核心政策与文件要求有效地贯穿其间。并且利用好有限的课堂时间,设计有趣且丰富的课堂形式,不再将学业任务移交到课下,为学生增添学习压力和苦恼,教师要做到应教尽教、学生要学足学好,切实提高课堂效率。
At the beginning of the autumn semester,the education and teaching of primary and secondary schools will fully implement and implement the"double reduction"policy,five managements and ten regulations issued by the Ministry of Education.As a junior high school physics teacher,you should also actively respond and catch up.From the aspects of curriculum design innovation,homework assignment,construction of efficient classrooms,students’active exploration and improvement of core literacy,etc.,the core policies and document requirements for reducing burden and increasing efficiency are effectively implemented throughout in between.And make good use of the limited classroom time,design interesting and rich classroom forms,no longer transfer academic tasks to the classroom,increase learning pressure and distress for students,teachers should teach as much as they should,and students should learn enough to learn well,practically improve classroom efficiency.
