Optimizing planning strategies to win in learning efficiency

众所周知,相较于小学生而言,中学生的学习节奏紧凑密集、时间宝贵,因此,如何在有限的时间内取得优质高效的学习成果,成为需要深入思考并及时解决的问题。制订科学有效的学习计划可能是解决这一问题的途径之一。良好学习计划的主要目的是,有效提高学习效率,高质量、高效率地实现学习目标。为此,笔者对中学生的学习规划意识和中学教师培训学生制订学习规划的相关情况通过问卷星进行了调查分析,主要涉及两个方面:第一,中学生是否有计划发展的意识;第二,中学教师是否具有培养学生发展计划能力的意识和相关经验。基于分析结果,笔者提出五种相应的规划策略和方法:将短期规划和长期规划有机结合;设定目标,不要一刀切,要个性化;给每一项规划设定时间限制;设置科学合理的奖励机制;有组织地对教师进行培训。希望通过这些策略能最大限度地优化中学生的学习规划,强化他们的规划意识,更有效地提高其学习效率。

As we all know,compared with primary school students,middle school students have a compact and intensive learning pace and valuable time.Therefore,how to obtain high-quality and efficient learning results in a limited time has become a problem that needs to be deeply thought about and solved in time.Making a scientific and effective study plan may be one of the ways to solve this problem.The main purpose of a good learning plan is to effectively improve learning efficiency and achieve learning goals with high quality and efficiency.To this end,the author conducted an investigation and analysis on the learning planning awareness of middle school students and the relevant situation of middle school teachers training students to formulate learning plans through questionnaires,mainly involving two aspects:first,whether middle school students have the awareness of planned development;second,whether secondary school teachers have awareness and relevant experience in developing students’ability to develop programs.Based on the analysis results,the author proposes five corresponding planning strategies and methods:organically combine short-term planning and longterm planning;set goals should not be one-size-fits-all,but should be personalized;set a time limit for each plan;set a scientific and reasonable reward mechanism;organized training of teachers.It is hoped that these strategies can maximize the optimization of middle school students’learning planning,strengthen their planning awareness,and more effectively improve their learning efficiency.
