A study on strategies to stimulate students’flexible thinking in English classrooms in junior high school

灵动思维是初中生必备的关键能力与思维品质。文章以初中英语教学为研究焦点,简要论述英语教学中激发学生灵动思维的重要性,分析当前英语教学中培养学生灵动思维存在的问题,重点结合实际教学经验,围绕具体教学案例,从求异思维、深度思维、连贯思维、创新思维、批判性思维、思维品质这六个方面探究初中英语课堂中激发学生灵动思维的策略。

Smart thinking is the key ability and thinking quality necessary for junior high school students.This article focuses on English teaching in junior high schools,briefly discusses the importance of stimulating students’flexible thinking in English teaching,and analyzes the problems existing in cultivating students’flexible thinking in current English teaching.Exploring strategies to stimulate students’smart thinking in junior high school English classroom from six aspects:seeking different thinking,deep thinking,coherent thinking,innovative thinking,critical thinking,and thinking quality.
