核心素养视野下高中生法治意识的培育研究

Research on the cultivation of high school students’ awareness of the rule of law from the perspective of core literacy

高中是培养学生法治意识的最佳时期,这一时期的学生已经具备自我认知,知识和阅历水平有一定基础,通过科学有效的教学引导帮助学生辨是非、明善恶,有效培养高中生的法治意识是思想政治教学的重要教学责任。教师在教学中可通过结合各项案例的解析,帮助学生掌握使用法律维权的能力,提升学生的法律权威意识,为强化全民法治水平不懈努力。

Senior high school is the best period for cultivating students’awareness of the rule of law.During this period,students already have self-awareness,knowledge and experience level to a certain extent.It is an important teaching responsibility of ideological and political teaching to help students distinguish right from wrong,understand good and evil through scientific and effective teaching guidance,and effectively cultivate high school students’awareness of the rule of law.In teaching,teachers can combine the analysis of various cases to help students master the ability to use the law to protect their rights,enhance students’awareness of legal authority,and make unremitting efforts to strengthen the rule of law for the whole people.
