Implement layered teaching to improve the effect of physical education teaching in high school

摘要 体育教育是素质教育的有机组成部分,体育教育的目标不是让学生掌握更多的运动项目,而是要引导学生结合自身的身体实际状况选择适合自己的锻炼方式,进而增强身体素质。由于每个学生的运动能力与素质都不尽相同,需要高中体育教师采取分层教学模式,推动所有学生都能寻找到适合自己的运动方法。文章从分层教学法的内涵与原则着手,指出了分层教学模式对于高质量体育教育的价值,并详细论述了如何通过分层教学来实现体育教学的高质高效。以此实现因材施教的教育目标,促进学生的个性化成长,改善每位学生的身心健康。 Physical education is an integral part of quality education.The goal of physical education is not to let students master more sports,but to guide students to choose suitable exercise methods according to their actual physical conditions,so as to enhance their physical quality.Since each student’s athletic ability and quality are not the same,high school physical education teachers need to adopt a layered teaching model to promote all students to find their own sports methods.Starting from the connotation and principles of the stratified teaching method,the article points out the value of the stratified teaching mode for high-quality physical education,and discusses in detail how to achieve high-quality and high-efficiency physical education through stratified teaching.In order to achieve the educational goal of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,promote the individualized growth of students,and improve the physical and mental health of each student.
