Skillful Use of Incentive Strategies to Improve the Efficiency of Primary School Mathematics Classroom Teaching

摘要 数学教师要将课堂教学看成一次精彩的艺术表演,既要启发学生的数学思维,引导学生突破学习瓶颈,掌握正确的学习方向和学习方法,又要制订合理的激励方案,结合学生的学习特点,巧用激励策略,还要针对激励效果进行有效分析,从而优化激励策略,帮助学生高效完成课堂预期的教学目标。 Mathematics teachers should regard classroom teaching as a wonderful art performance,not only to inspire students’mathematical thinking,to guide students to break through learning bottlenecks,to master the correct learning direction and learning method,but also to formulate reasonable incentive plans,combined with students’learning characteristics,skillful use of incentive strategies,and effective analysis of incentive effects,so as to optimize incentive strategies and help students efficiently accomplish the expected teaching goals in the classroom.
