刍议初中历史课堂教学精细化的管理

On the Refined Management of Classroom Teaching in Junior High Schools

课堂教学管理是学校管理的核心工作,对课堂教学进行精细化管理能够有效提升课堂教学的综合质量。在以往的应试教育理念下,初中历史课堂教学精细化管理体系不完善,一则缺少理论支撑,二则缺少实践应用的机会。特别是新课程标准的提出以及“双减”政策的实施以后,实现课堂教学精细化管理更加迫切。因此,如何借助课堂教学的精细化管理达成高效课堂成为当前初中历史教学的重要任务之一。

Classroom teaching management is the core work of school management,and refined management of classroom teaching can effectively improve the overall quality of classroom teaching.Under the previous concept of examoriented education,the refined management system of history classroom teaching in junior high schools is not perfect,one lacks theoretical support,and the other lacks opportunities for practical application.Especially after the introduction of new curriculum standards and the implementation of the"double reduction"policy,it is more urgent to realize the refined management of classroom teaching.Therefore,how to achieve efficient classrooms with the help of refined management of classroom teaching has become one of the important tasks of history teaching in junior high schools.
