摘要 《3~6岁儿童学习与发展指南》针对幼儿的实际情况提出了更好的教学与发展要求,要求培养幼儿的个人社交能力与个人素养,加强幼儿间的互动与沟通。幼儿教师应主动采取角色游戏的教学新思路促进幼儿的社会交往,并结合现代化的教学理念给幼儿创设生活化且有趣的教学情景与活动,角色扮演下的课堂能让幼儿主动参与到课堂的活动中并学习到有用的知识,助力幼儿迅速获得良好的学习成果,从而提高现代化幼儿教学成效。 The"Guidelines for Children’s Learning and Development aged 3-6"puts forward better teaching and development requirements according to the actual situation of young children,and requires to cultivate children’s personal social skills and personal qualities,and to strengthen the interaction and communication between children.Preschool teachers should take the initiative to adopt the new teaching ideas of role play to promote children’s social interaction,and combine modern teaching concepts to create life-like and interesting teaching scenarios and activities for children.The role-playing classroom allows children to actively participate in classroom activities.And learn useful knowledge,help children to quickly obtain good learning results,thereby improving the effectiveness of modern early childhood teaching.
