摘要 教育部门扎实推进“双减”工作落地,一线的教师也应该积极响应教育部门的工作要求,将“双减”教育理念融入实际的教学过程中。作为一名一线教师,为减轻学生的课业负担,应该全面围绕核心素养要求,为学生设计少而精的高质量作业,彻底舍弃简单、机械、重复性的大量作业,让作业为教学服务、为素质教育服务、为学生知识能力综合素质的发展服务,真正达到减负增效的目的。 The education department has solidly promoted the implementation of the"double reduction"work.Frontline teachers should also actively respond to the work requirements of the education department and integrate the"double reduction"educational concept into the actual teaching process.As a front-line teacher,in order to reduce the academic burden of students,we should fully focus on the core literacy requirements,design small but precise high-quality homework for students,completely abandon a large number of simple,mechanical,and repetitive homework,and let homework serve for teaching and for students.Quality education services,for the development of students’comprehensive quality of knowledge and ability,truly achieve the purpose of reducing burden and increasing efficiency.
