城乡教师手拉手,共建英语新课堂

摘要 为了提升乡镇小学的英语教学水平,突出英语骨干教师的带头作用,提高乡村英语教师专业素养,建设城乡英语课堂共同体,构建英语品质课堂,城乡之间应该积极开展教师互动,为全体教师搭建共同学习、成长交流的平台,共享城市学校先进的、优质的教学资源,进一步缩小城乡之间的教育差距,为乡村学生营造良好的英语学习环境,提升乡村学生的英语综合能力,加快乡村义务教育的发展步伐。 In order to improve the English teaching level of township primary schools,highlight the leading role of English backbone teachers,improve the professional quality of rural English teachers,build a community of urban and rural English classrooms,and build quality English classrooms,teachers should be actively interacted between urban and rural areas to build a strong environment for all teachers.A platform for common learning,growth and communication,sharing the advanced and high-quality teaching resources of urban schools,further narrowing the educational gap between urban and rural areas,creating a good English learning environment for rural students,improving their comprehensive English ability,and accelerating rural compulsory education.pace of development.
