摘要
在小学教育教学的过程中,实施赏识教育,对学生的行为习惯、学习态度、心理想法进行充分的肯定和认可,有助于树立学生的自信心,激发学生对学习的热爱,从而获得成长进步,实现良性发展。但是在应试教育体制下,赏识教育的实施方式还存在着一些不足,教师对于学生的表现并没有明确的态度,导致学生缺乏有效的反馈。因此,本文将针对此种现象,对赏识教育实施的意义、应用的现状以及策略进行分析和阐述,以期为相关从业人员提供有效的经验借鉴。
In the process of primary education and teaching,implementing appreciation education to fully affirm and recognize students’behavior habits,learning attitudes,and psychological ideas will help build students’self-confidence and stimulate students’love for learning,so as to obtain Growth and progress,to achieve sound development.However,under the examination-oriented education system,there are still some deficiencies in the implementation of appreciation education.Teachers do not have a clear attitude towards students’performance,resulting in lack of effective feedback from students.Therefore,in view of this phenomenon,this paper will analyze and expound the significance of the implementation of appreciation education,the status quo of application and the strategies,in order to provide effective experience and reference for relevant practitioners.
