分享控制权:在生成活动中促进幼儿深度学习

Sharing Control: Promoting Deep Learning in Young Children in Generative Activities

摘要 师幼“分享控制权”不仅存在于幼儿园的集体教学活动(此类活动由幼儿教师发起)中,还应体现在幼儿的游戏(此类活动由幼儿发起)中。“分享控制权”是希望幼儿教师和幼儿之间都能有机会把控各类活动的学习内容、互动的形式和材料使用及合作模式,等等。那么师幼互动之间如何分享控制权、平衡控制权,避免两个极端,这一理念对幼儿教师有着强烈的启发,值得幼儿教师去思考、实践与改变。 Teachers and children’s"sharing control"not only exists in the collective teaching activities of kindergartens(such activities are initiated by preschool teachers),but also should be reflected in children’s games(such activities are initiated by young children)."Shared control"is to hope that preschool teachers and children can have the opportunity to control the learning content of various activities,the form of interaction,the use of materials and the mode of cooperation,etc.So how to share control,balance control,and avoid two extremes in the interaction between teachers and children,this concept has a strong inspiration for preschool teachers,and it is worthy of preschool teachers to think,practice and change.
