As an important and difficult content of mathematics curriculum,application questions are highly comprehensive and closely related to life.The introduction of the concept of quality education emphasizes the importance of applying the independent inquiry mode and cultivating students’autonomous learning ability.This article briefly describes the autonomous learning ability.Based on the application principles of the inquiry mode,this paper analyzes the deficiencies in the teaching of mathematics application problems in primary schools,and discusses the teaching strategies of mathematics application problems in primary schools under the independent inquiry mode,hoping to provide a reference for improving the teaching efficiency of mathematics application problems.
