摘要
幼儿教师是培养幼儿良好品格的重要支持者,幼儿教师要注重设计趣味十足的教学活动,促使幼儿在活动的熏陶下潜移默化实现品格地培养和提升,让幼儿的成长和发展伴随幼儿终身。本文主要围绕幼儿园组织的“迷你马拉松”活动如何提升幼儿品格进行相关的研究。在此基础上,幼儿教师立足幼儿的年龄特点和发展特征,从“迷你马拉松”活动组织的准备阶段、实施阶段和反思阶段三个层面展开,让幼儿的品格得以充分发展。
Preschool teachers are important supporters of cultivating children’s good character.Preschool teachers should pay attention to designing interesting teaching activities,so as to promote children’s character cultivation and improvement under the influence of activities,so that children’s growth and development will accompany children for life.This article mainly focuses on how the"mini marathon"organized by kindergartens can improve children’s character.On this basis,based on the age characteristics and development characteristics of children,preschool teachers start from the three levels of preparation stage,implementation stage and reflection stage of"mini marathon"activity organization,so that children’s characters can be fully developed.
