摘要 劳动教育是学校教育很重要的一部分,以前由于对学生成绩的过度追求,学校安排了劳动教育课程,往往体现在张贴在墙上的课表,劳动教育得不到真正的落实。学生没有劳动的意愿,家长也忽视孩子劳动能力的锻炼,学校也没有把劳动教育纳入学校常规教育工作中。如今,党的教育方针提倡人的全面发展,强调把劳动教育纳入学生培养的全过程,而利用乡土资源开展特色劳动教育活动是发展学生综合素质的一种重要手段。我们本地有着独特的地域优势,有丰富的乡土资源用于劳动教育。利用乡土资源开展劳动教育,既充分发挥了资源优势,又摆脱了劳动教育的单调说教,注重了实践性和独特性。对此,本文结合劳动教育开展的必要性,对利用乡土资源开展特色劳动教育的策略进行了探究。 Labor education is a very important part of school education.In the past,due to the excessive pursuit of student achievement,schools arranged labor education courses,which were often reflected in the timetables posted on the wall,and labor education could not be truly implemented.Students do not have the will to work,parents ignore the exercise of their children’s labor ability,and schools do not incorporate labor education into their regular education work.Today,the party’s educational policy advocates the all-round development of people and emphasizes that labor education is included in the whole process of student training,and the use of local resources to carry out characteristic labor education activities is an important means to develop students’comprehensive quality.Our local area has unique geographical advantages and abundant local resources for labor education.Using local resources to carry out labor education not only gives full play to the advantages of resources,but also gets rid of the monotonous preaching of labor education,focusing on practicality and uniqueness.In this regard,combined with the necessity of labor education development,this paper explores the strategy of using local resources to carry out characteristic labor education.
