摘要 进入21世纪以来,以信息技术为代表的一个前沿科学技术得到了快速的发展,信息化、智能化的思想已经深深地印在了人们的脑海之中。随着新课改的推进,素质教育中“以人为本”的教学宗旨逐渐为时代所重视,各学科的教学方式也都随之进行了改革。而小学阶段的学生年龄尚小,又由于其活泼好动的性格,常常导致学生的注意力不集中或缺乏意志力,学习时间不能持久。面对这种问题,教师仅仅依靠监督催促是无法提高效率的,而激励制教学的出现正好解决了这个问题,小学生在接受精神鼓励和称赞的时候会获取动力,可以激发学生的学习热情,提高教学效率。 Since the beginning of the 21st century,a frontier science and technology represented by information technology has developed rapidly,and the ideas of informatization and intelligence have been deeply imprinted in people’s minds.With the advancement of the new curriculum reform,the teaching tenet of"people-oriented"in quality education has gradually been valued by the times,and the teaching methods of various disciplines have also been reformed.In the primary school stage,the students are still young,and because of their lively and active characters,they often lead to inattention or lack of willpower,and the learning time cannot be lasted for a long time.Faced with this kind of problem,teachers cannot improve efficiency by relying only on supervision and urging,and the emergence of incentive-based teaching just solves this problem.Primary school students will gain motivation when they receive spiritual encouragement and praise,which can stimulate students’enthusiasm for learning and improve teaching efficiency.
