摘要 随着当前阶段的创新发展,能够为幼儿园阶段的教学工作提出更加明确的要求与目标,需要园内教师及相关领导者可以时刻秉承创新化的组织理念,能够通过特色化园本课程的建设与完善,不断培养幼儿的童心、童趣,以通过不同主体之间的友好联动,有效符合当前的发展需要,并切实实现幼儿阶段的全面成长。本文主要强调幼儿园园本课程建设的现存问题,用于不断创新现有的特色化幼儿园教育工作。 With the current stage of innovative development,it is possible to put forward clearer requirements and goals for the teaching work in the kindergarten stage.It is necessary for the teachers and relevant leaders in the kindergarten to always adhere to the innovative organizational concept,and to pass the characteristic kindergarten-based curriculum.Construction and improvement,and constantly cultivate children’s innocence and fun,so as to effectively meet the current development needs through the friendly interaction between different subjects,and effectively realize the comprehensive growth of the early childhood stage.This paper mainly emphasizes the existing problems in the construction of kindergarten-based curriculum,which is used to continuously innovate the existing characteristic kindergarten education work.
