小班化教育模式下地理课堂教学分层设计示例研究

摘要 "小班化"教学是指在如今先进的教学教育理念的指导之下,在人数比较少的班级里,可以针对不同特色的学生,从而促进学生的创新意识和个性化发展。主体是因材施教,教师根据学生的能力、水平和现状进行合理的教育教学设计,构建起多元化、生活化、体验化的课程体系,能够促进学生更好发展。通过开展小班化教育模式下地理课堂教学分层设计研究,找到适合不同层次学生地理学习共同发展的一种教学方式和模式。 "Small class"teaching means that under the guidance of today’s advanced teaching and education concepts,in a class with a relatively small number of students,it can target students with different characteristics,thereby promoting students’innovative awareness and individualized development.The main body is to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.Teachers carry out reasonable education and teaching design according to students’abilities,levels and status quo,and build a diversified,life-oriented and experiential curriculum system,which can promote the better development of students.Through the research on the hierarchical design of geography classroom teaching under the mode of small-class education,a teaching method and model suitable for the common development of geography learning for students at different levels are found.
