新课改背景下的教育理念不断发展创新,基层教学部门根据新的教育理念对教学做出了相应的改革。其中在核心素养的要求下,教学部门要重点培养和锻炼学生的实际应用能力。小学数学科目作为小学阶段必学的科目之一,在学习的过程中有着属于自身的学科属性,通过小学数学的学习可以培养学生各种综合能力。在这个基础上,核心素养的培养和发展需要与小学数学学科相融合,在学习的过程中培养学生各方面的素养。

The educational concept under the background of the new curriculum reform is constantly developing and innovating,and the grass-roots teaching departments have made corresponding reforms in teaching according to the new educational concept.Among them,under the requirements of core literacy,the teaching department should focus on cultivating and exercising students’practical application ability.As one of the compulsory subjects in primary school,primary school mathematics has its own subject attributes in the process of learning.Through the study of primary school mathematics,students can develop various comprehensive abilities.On this basis,the cultivation and development of core literacy needs to be integrated with the subject of mathematics in primary schools,so as to cultivate students’literacy in all aspects during the learning process.
