摘要
现如今,随着社会教育水平以及新课改对体育教育的高度重视,在初中体育课堂教学中也更加注重对学生综合素养以及思想品德等多方面的教学培养。而团结协作能力不仅能有效锻炼学生团队的集体意识,同时也能促使其核心素养水平的大幅度提升,而教师在体育课堂教学中为更高效达成学生团结协作的教学目标,首先不仅要明确课堂教学主体,同时还应通过有效分析该阶段学生的各项特征以及综合水平制定相关的教学管理规划,为更大程度促使学生团结协作能力的有效养成打下夯实基础。
Nowadays,with the social education level and the new curriculum reform attaching great importance to physical education,more attention is paid to the cultivation of students’comprehensive quality and ideology and morality in the physical education of junior high school.The ability of unity and cooperation can not only effectively exercise the collective consciousness of the students’team,but also promote the substantial improvement of their core literacy level.In order to achieve the teaching goal of students’unity and cooperation more efficiently in physical education classroom teaching,teachers must first not only clarify the classroom At the same time,it should also formulate relevant teaching management plans by effectively analyzing the characteristics of students at this stage and the comprehensive level,so as to lay a solid foundation for the effective development of students’unity and cooperation ability to a greater extent.
