摘要
随着素质教育的不断深入与发展,学校教育已成为一项重要的系统性工程,它需要家庭、学校和社会协同合作,而三者中又以家校的合作为主。尤其是在幼儿教育中,密切的家校合作有助于发挥双方的教育优势、促进儿童的成长。因此,幼儿教师需要通过家校合作开展互补互通的心理素质教育和身体素质教育活动,并且借助家长教育活动来发挥作用,进一步促进幼儿的全面发展和健康成长。
With the continuous deepening and development of quality education,school education has become an important systematic project,which requires the cooperation of family,school and society,and the cooperation between home and school is the main one among the three.Especially in early childhood education,close home-school cooperation helps to give play to the educational advantages of both parties and promote the growth of children.Therefore,preschool teachers need to carry out complementary psychological quality education and physical quality education activities through homeschool cooperation,and play a role in parental education activities to further promote the all-round development and healthy growth of children.
