摘要
幼儿教育的方式与内容均存在独特之处,大班幼儿可用独特方式与周边环境展开互动并从中感悟何为劳动。基于上述背景,教师可引入"小小建筑师"职业角色体验活动,让幼儿能够在活动中体验"建筑师"这一职业角色,逐步引导幼儿具有劳动意识,培养幼儿的劳动能力、劳动习惯。本文将从多角度探寻结合"小小建筑师"角色体验活动对幼儿的劳动能力进行培养的有效策略,以期强化幼儿的劳动素养。
The methods and contents of early childhood education are unique.Children in large classes can interact with the surrounding environment in a unique way and learn what labor is.Based on the above background,teachers can introduce"Little Architect"professional role experience activities,so that children can experience the professional role of"architect"in the activities,gradually guide children to have labor awareness,and cultivate children’s labor ability and labor habits.This article will explore effective strategies for cultivating children’s labor ability by combining the role experience activities of"little architects"from multiple perspectives,in order to strengthen children’s labor literacy.
