高中体育教学中因材施教模式的有效实施研究

摘要 因材施教是儒家教育思想倡导的一种教育主张,亦为现代教育场域的理念共识之一,被广泛地运用到各类课程、各种场景的教学活动中。基于现代教育语言范式表述,因材施教强调以学生为核心、尊重个体差异、进行引导式教学,它与传统"大锅饭、灌输式、被动型"的教学模式截然不同。立足现代学校教育学科细分的背景下,因材施教并不存在一个"万能模式",在具体实施过程中应遵循学科特征。本文以高中体育学科为研究对象,有的放矢地分析"材"的分类及"施教"的价值,在此基础上完善高中体育因材施教教学模式的实施原则、实施基础,提出有效的实施方法,以供高中体育教师借鉴和参考。 Teaching students according to their aptitude is an educational proposition advocated by Confucian educational thought,and it is also one of the consensus concepts in the modern educational field.It is widely used in various courses and teaching activities in various scenarios.Based on the expression of modern educational language paradigm,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude emphasizes students as the core,respects individual differences,and conducts guided teaching.Based on the background of the subdivision of modern school education disciplines,there is no"universal model"for teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,and discipline characteristics should be followed in the specific implementation process.This paper takes high school physical education as the research object,and analyzes the classification of"material"and the value of"teaching"in a targeted manner.High school physical education teachers for reference and reference.
