摘要
适龄儿童的小学入学不适应问题现今正在引起广泛关注,不仅是在家长群体中,更是在教师群体中。大多数适龄儿童在入学之后产生了课堂上注意力不集中、坐立不安、无视纪律,个体之间相处困难等问题。另外,幼儿园教师和小学教师职能角色的转变及教育衔接的缺失导致儿童入校后严重不适应的现象,此时就衍生出"适应性教育"这个概念。适应性教育将从各个方面指导儿童学习及生活,努力提高儿童进入小学的适应能力,让儿童在小学获得归属感,从而提升儿童学习及生活的能力。本文在明晰小学适龄儿童入学适应性教育含义的基础上,探析了导致小学适龄儿童入学后产生问题的原因所在,最后研究了如何做好小学适龄儿童入学适应性教育,进一步促进小学适龄儿童更好地适应小学生活,为其接下来的学习奠定坚实基础。
The problem of school-age children’s inadaptability to primary school enrollment is now arousing widespread concern,not only in the parent group,but also in the teacher group.Most school-age children have problems such as inattention,restlessness,ignorance of discipline,and difficulties in getting along with each other in class.In addition,the change in the functional roles of kindergarten teachers and primary school teachers and the lack of educational linkage have led to serious maladjustment of children after entering the school.At this time,the concept of adaptive education is derived.Adaptive education will guide children’s learning and life from all aspects,and strive to improve children’s adaptability when entering primary schools,so that children can gain a sense of belonging in primary schools,thereby enhancing children’s learning and living abilities.Based on clarifying the meaning of school-age children’s school-adaptive education for primary school-age children,this article explores the causes of problems after school-age children enter school.Finally,it studies how to do a good job in school-age children’s school-adaptive education,and further promote better adapt to primary school life to lay a solid foundation for the next study.
