教育工作是一项理论性的实践活动,让学校社会可以根据一些特殊的需求训练出合格的社会成员。教育一代又一代拥护中国共产党领导、拥护社会主义制度和德才智德全面发展的社会主义建设者是全体教师的初心和使命。而班主任作为学生队伍的主要引导者,必须时刻谨记教育的初心与使命,才能不断促进教育事业的发展,为社会主义现代化的建设提供人才。本文则基于此来论述班主任如何才能做到不忘教育初心,牢记育人使命。

Educational work is a theoretical and practical activity that allows the school community to train qualified members of society according to some special needs.It is the original intention and mission of all teachers to educate generations of socialist builders who support the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the socialist system,and the comprehensive development of morality,talent,intelligence,and morality.As the main leader of the student team,the head teacher must always keep in mind the original intention and mission of education,in order to continuously promote the development of education and provide talents for the construction of socialist modernization.Based on this,this article discusses how the head teacher can not forget the original intention of education and keep in mind the mission of educating people.
