初中物理教学中“弱势学生”激励策略探析

摘要 在初中物理教学中,需要对弱势学生进行关爱,通过这种对策来达到师生关系的和谐相处,让学生提高学习兴趣。通过把弱势学生的感情、学习兴趣以及学习快乐的体验唤醒,帮助其克服困难,讲究学习方法,给予弱势学生足够的信心,让这些学生感受到自己的价值,最终达到提升学生综合能力,从而使教育达到均衡。 In the teaching of physics in junior high schools,it is necessary to care for disadvantaged students.Through this strategy,we can achieve a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,so that students can increase their interest in learning.By awakening disadvantaged students’feelings,interest in learning,and the experience of learning joy,help them overcome difficulties,pay attention to learning methods,give disadvantaged students enough learning confidence,let these students feel their own value,and ultimately achieve the improvement of students’comprehensive ability,So that education can achieve a balanced effect.
