摘要
本学期,为了更好地激发幼儿积极参与园本特色的戏剧活动,提升幼儿的"小组感"、"集体感"、"我们感",我们结合大班幼儿的年龄特点,确定了以小组为研究方向和开展形式,培养幼儿小组间的分工合作意识,帮助幼儿在"集体成长手帐"的情境下,强化幼儿的"我们感",让幼儿一起参与到戏剧的活动中,成为戏剧的主人。所谓的"集体成长手帐",是指以小组为主要形式,每组成员一起借助手帐这个媒介记录幼儿园戏剧活动中遇到的问题及解决策略,激发幼儿积极参与集体活动,进而提升"我们感"。它是由小组合作共同完成,记录过程自主性强。
This semester,in order to inspire children to take an active part in the characteristics of kindergarten this drama activities,improve children’s"sense of group","sense of collective"and"sense of us",we combined army of young children’s age characteristic,in small groups as the research direction and to carry out the form,cultivate children’s group consciousness of cooperation between the division of labor,help children under the situation of"collective growth hand account",strengthen children’s"sense of us",let children participate in the drama activities,become the master of the drama.The so-called"collective growth notebook"refers to the group as the main form,each group members with the help of the notebook to record the problems encountered in the kindergarten drama activities and solve the strategy,stimulate children to actively participate in the collective activities,so as to improve the"sense of us".It is completed by group cooperation and the recording process is highly autonomous.
