沟通艺术在小学班主任管理工作中的应用研究

The Application of Communication Art in the Management of Primary School Head Teachers

班级是学校的主要单位,一个班级的组织与管理,离不开班主任的引领作用。只有在班主任科学有效的管理下,才能形成浓郁的学风和正派的班风。根据小学生的性格特点与年龄特征,班主任要实施恰当的管理,制定的班规要以适应小学生特点作为基础。面对年龄尚小的小学生,班主任要以身作则,树立自身的典范,与学生对话的时候尤其要注意沟通艺术,尊重学生的人格,同时要多注重跟学生家长的沟通工作,实现家校共育。本文通过对小学管理中班主任采取沟通艺术的重要性进行阐述,探讨了如何采取优质的沟通艺术,从更加细致、科学的角度提高班级管理质量的策略。

Class is the main unit of the school,a class organization and management,can not be separated from the leading role of the head teacher.Only under the scientific and effective management of the head teacher can we form a strong style of study and decent class style.According to the characteristics of primary school students’character and age,the head teacher should carry out proper management,and the class rules should be adapted to the characteristics of primary school students as the basis.In the face of young primary school students,the head teacher should lead by example,set up their own model,when talking with students,especially pay attention to the art of communication,respect for the personality of students,but also pay more attention to communication with parents of students,to achieve home school coeducation.This paper expounds the importance of communication art for primary school management teachers,and discusses how to adopt the strategy of high-quality communication art and improve the quality of class management from a more detailed and scientific point of view.
