摘要
"立德树人"教育背景下,关注并加强学生的德育至关重要。尤其是对初中阶段的学生来说,正处于人生价值观形成的关键阶段。教师不能仅关注学生的文化课成绩,还应关注学生的德育,促使学生在成长的过程中逐渐形成良好的思想道德品质,最终实现学生的全面发展。本文中,针对初中班主任的德育现状进行了简要的分析,并随之提出了行之有效的改进策略。
Under the background of"morality education",it is very important to pay attention to and strengthen the moral education of students.Especially for students at the junior high school stage,they are in the critical stage of the formation of life values.Teachers should not only pay attention to the students’cultural class performance,but also pay attention to the students’moral education,so as to promote the students to gradually form good ideological and moral qualities in the process of growth,and finally realize the overall development of the students.In this article,a brief analysis of the current moral education of the junior high school class teacher,and then put forward effective improvement strategies.
