透过生活课程谈幼儿劳动教育

摘要 陶行知先生提出:生活即教育,而劳动是生活的基础,在日常生活中如何渗透劳动教育,值得我们思考和研究。文章从家长、幼儿、教师对劳动教育三位一体的分析入手,并以生活课程为指导提出了幼儿劳动教育的有效策略:一是在一日活动中将劳动教育与生活课程相融合;二是在游戏中了解劳动内涵树立劳动观念;三是在日常生活中学会劳动技能培养劳动品质。四是家园携手培养幼儿的劳动习惯。 Mr. Tao Xingzhi proposed that life is education,and labor is the basis of life. How to infiltrate labor education in daily life is worthy of our thinking and research. Starting with the analysis of the trinity of labor education by parents,children and teachers,and guided by life curriculum,this paper puts forward effective strategies for children’s labor education: first,integrate labor education with life curriculum in one-day activities;Second,understand the connotation of labor in the game and establish the concept of labor;Third,learn labor skills in daily life and cultivate labor quality. Fourth,the home should work together to cultivate children’s working habits.
