现阶段的高中班主任管理中融入了不少教育思想,但要使班主任的管理工作顺利开展,离不开班主任管理水平的提升和德育的渗透。本文从德育渗透提高高中班主任班级管理效率的方法进行探讨和研究,希望高中班主任在德育渗透的过程中实现班级的有效管理,从而服务于学生的成长和发展。

At this stage,a lot of educational thoughts have been integrated into the management of senior high school head teachers,but to make the management work of the head teachers go smoothly,it is inseparable from the improvement of the management level of the head teacher and the penetration of moral education.This article discusses and researches the methods of improving the efficiency of senior high school class teacher’s class management from the infiltration of moral education,and hopes that the senior high school class teacher can realize the effective management of the class in the process of moral education infiltration,so as to serve the growth and development of students.
