身处大数据时代,信息技术在教育中的应用已经越来越深入,数据素养成为教师教学所必备的,也是重要的评价标准之一,也是中学教师发展的重要方向。教师可以通过参与培训、自我学习、教研探究、同事互助等方式来提升数据素养,只有教师足够优秀,才能让教学更加高效,培育出更加优秀的学生。本文首先对数据素养发展的意义进行简单说明,其次分析中学教师数据素养的发展路径,希望能对教学有所帮助。

In the era of big data,the application of information technology in education has been more and more in-depth,data literacy has become a necessary for teachers to teach,is also one of the important evaluation criteria,is also an important direction of the development of middle school teachers.Teachers can improve data literacy by participating in training,self-learning,teaching and research,and mutual assistance among colleagues.Only teachers who are good enough can make teaching more efficient and cultivate more excellent students.This paper first briefly explains the significance of the development of data literacy,and then analyzes the development path of data literacy of middle school teachers,hoping to be helpful.
