情感教育渗透于小学班级管理工作的方法

摘要 随着素质教育的落实,班主任管理工作成为正常开展教育教学工作的关键。但就当前小学班主任管理工作情况而言,普遍存在许多不足之处,对教育教学质量造成了不良影响。而情感教育是小学班级管理的主要组成部分,情感教育水平的高低在一定程度上直接影响班主任的管理质量。因此,小学班主任应加强重视情感教育,为班级管理工作有效开展提供有力保障。 With the implementation of quality education,the management of class teachers has become the key to the normal development of education and teaching.However,as far as the current management of primary school head teachers is concerned,there are generally many shortcomings,which have a negative impact on the quality of education and teaching.Emotional education is the main component of elementary school class management,and the level of emotional education directly affects the management quality of the head teacher to a certain extent.Therefore,the primary school head teacher should pay more attention to emotional education to provide a strong guarantee for the effective development of class management.
