小学数学作业中如何实施增效减负

How to Implement Efficiency and Reduce the Reduction in Primary School Mathematics Operation

摘要 从现阶段的教学情况而言,小学生压力过大,一般体现在作业方面,教师的作业设计以解题为主,忽视了学生应用技能的发展,过于机械、重复性的训练中,难以提高教学质量。随着素质教育的全面推进,教师认识到"增效""减负"的相关含义,基于新兴的教学理念下优化数学作业,让学生享受到"减负"学习。基于此,文章首先从教育制度、教师和家长三个方面分析了小学数学作业负担形成的原因,接着重点从四个方面提出了一些有效的实施策略,以期为数学教学提供参考。 From the current teaching situation,primary school students have excessive pressure,generally reflected in homework.Teachers’homework design is mainly based on problem solving,ignoring the development of students’application skills,and too mechanical and repetitive training,so it is difficult to improve the quality of teaching.At present,with the comprehensive promotion of quality education,teachers realize the relevant meaning of“increasing efficiency”and“reducing burden”,and optimize mathematical homework based on the emerging teaching concept,so that students can enjoy“reducing burden reduction”learning.Based on this,the article first analyzes the reasons for the formation of the burden of primary school mathematics homework from the education system,teachers and parents,and then puts forward some effective implementation strategies from four aspects,it is expected to provide reference for mathematics teaching.
