生活教育理念下家园合作的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of Home-Kindergarten Cooperation under the Concept of Life Education

摘要 如今,幼儿教育深受社会各界的关注,以幼儿为主的教育理念已风靡整个幼教行业。作为教师,应站在幼儿的立场实施教学,多与家长沟通,为家长提供更多育儿知识,分享育儿经验,给予家长技术和学识上的支持,让家庭教育逐渐趋于专业性。作为家长,则要丰富育儿经验,提升教育维度,与教师的思想高度保持一致,家庭教育和幼儿园教育双管齐下,满足幼儿的发展需求。 Nowadays,preschool education has attracted much attention from all walks of life,and the educational concept of preschool education has swept the entire preschool education industry.As a teacher,you should implement teaching from the perspective of children,communicate more with parents,provide parents with more parenting knowledge,share parenting experience,give parents technical and academic support,and make family education gradually become professional.As a parent,it is necessary to enrich childcare experience,enhance the educational dimension,and be consistent with the teacher’s ideological height.Family education and kindergarten education should be dual-pronged to meet the development needs of children.
