小学班主任在德育工作中实施激励教育的策略研究

A Study on the Strategies of Encouraging Education in Moral Education by the Teacher in Charge of Primary School

激励是一种美德、一种尊重、一种气度。李白正是在"铁棒磨成针"的激励下才刻苦读书,成为"诗仙";钱学森正是在母亲的激励下才努力学习,成为"中国导弹之父等,可见激励教育的重要性。因此,将激励教育用在德育中,能够激发和唤醒学生内心对真善美的追求,从而转化学生的思想感情,使他们产生积极向上的动力,使德育获得事半功倍的效果。本文结合班主任教育工作实践,就激励教育的应用策略谈一点心得体会,以期在润物细无声中深化德育的功效。

Inspiration is a kind of virtue,a kind of respect,a kind of tolerance.Li Bai studied hard and became a"poetry fairy"under the encouragement of"the iron rod was ground into a needle."Qian Xuesen studied hard and became the"father of Chinese missiles"under the encouragement of his mother.This shows the importance of motivation and education.Therefore,the use of motivational education in moral education can stimulate and awaken students’pursuit of truth,goodness and beauty,thereby transforming students’thoughts and feelings,enabling them to generate positive motivation,and making moral education more effective.This article combines the educational work of the head teacher,to talk about some experience and experience on the application strategy of motivating education,in order to deepen the effect of moral education in moistening things quietly.
