“悦动劳育”幼儿园劳动教育园本化探究

On the localization of labor education in "Yuedong labor education" Kindergarten

教育部印发《大中小学劳动教育指导纲要(试行)》,要求将劳动素养纳入儿童综合素质评价体系。《指导纲要》明确指出,劳动教育是发挥劳动的育人功能,对儿童进行热爱劳动、热爱劳动人民的教育活动,要强化学生劳动观念,弘扬勤俭、奋斗、创新、奉献的劳动精神;强调全身心参与,手脑并用,亲历实际的劳动过程;要在充分发挥传统劳动工艺项目育人功能的同时,紧跟科技发展和产业变革,体现时代要求;充分发挥儿童的主动性、积极性,鼓励创新创造,基于此,我们在园所特有环境的基础上,努力探索幼儿园劳动教育课程的开发与实施,初步形成了我园"悦动劳育"课程框架。

The Ministry of Education issued the guiding outline for labor education in primary,middle and primary schools(for Trial Implementation),which requires that labor literacy be included in the evaluation system of children’s comprehensive quality《The guiding outline clearly points out that labor education is to give play to the educational function of labor and carry out educational activities for children to love labor and the working people.It is necessary to strengthen students’labor concept and carry forward the labor spirit of diligence,thrift,struggle,innovation and dedication;It emphasizes wholeheartedly participating,using both hands and brain,and experiencing the actual labor process;We should give full play to the educational function of traditional labor technology projects,keep up with scientific and Technological Development and industrial reform,and reflect the requirements of the times;Give full play to children’s initiative and enthusiasm and encourage innovation and creation.Based on this,we strive to explore the development and implementation of kindergarten labor education curriculum on the basis of the unique environment of the kindergarten,and initially form the curriculum framework of"happy Labor Education"in our kindergarten.
