摘要 激励性评价是幼儿教育评价中的主要手段,而教师作为幼儿角色游戏中的引导者,在教学工作中实施的激励性评价对幼儿的身心发展都有重要的价值与意义。然而,从实际情况来看,部分幼儿教育工作者在激励性评价中缺乏情感投入,教师制定的激励机制也不够规范,导致激励性评价未能充分发挥作用,未能达到预期的幼儿教学目的。 Incentive evaluation is the main means of early childhood education evaluation,and teachers,as the guide in children’s role games,the implementation of incentive evaluation in teaching work has important value and significance for children’s physical and mental development.However,from the actual situation,some early childhood educators lack emotional investment in incentive evaluation,and the incentive mechanism formulated by teachers is not standardized,resulting in the failure of incentive evaluation to give full play to its role and achieve the expected purpose of early childhood teaching.
