浅谈幼儿园家园共育存在的问题与对策

在当前社会背景下,幼儿教育备受重视,有效落实对幼儿的教育工作不仅是教师关注的重点,也是社会所注意的热点问题。在幼儿的成长中,幼儿园、家庭是生活的主要环境,也是培养幼儿的重要场所,其对于幼儿的发展有着关键作用。因此,想要落实对幼儿高质量的教育工作,就要实现家园共育,幼儿园与家庭达成有效合作,在相互配合中推动幼儿的成长。但是,就当前情况分析,在幼儿家园共育工作的开展还存在一定问题,需要深入探究并找到解决对策,才可在双方互动中达成对幼儿有意义的教育。

Under the current social background,early childhood education has attracted much attention.The effective implementation of early childhood education is not only the focus of teachers,but also the hot issue of society.In the growth of children,kindergartens and families are not only the main living environment,but also an important place to cultivate children,which plays a key role in children’s development.Therefore,if we want to implement high-quality education for children,we should realize home co education,reach effective cooperation between kindergartens and families,and promote the growth of children in mutual cooperation.However,according to the analysis of the current situation,there are still some problems in the joint education of children’s homes.We need to explore deeply and find solutions before we can achieve meaningful education for children in the interaction between the two sides.
