课外活动对小学生学习兴趣培养的有效性研究

Effectiveness of Extracurricular Activities on the Cultivation of Primary School Students’ Learning Interest

课外活动是课堂外所组织的教育活动,也是对课内活动的补充,对学生有着独特的教育作用,既能培养学生的学习兴趣,又能丰富学生的精神生活,达到双重优化的教育效果。基于此,文章首先介绍了课外活动对小学生学习兴趣培养的重要性,接着从课外活动的组织理念、内容、形式和环境四个方面提出了一些培养策略,以期为教师教学提供参考。

Extracurricular activities are not only the educational activities organized outside the classroom,but also the supplement to the activities in class.They have a unique educational role for students.They can not only cultivate students’learning interest,but also enrich students’spiritual life,so as to achieve the double optimized educational effect.Based on this,this paper first introduces the importance of extracurricular activities to the cultivation of primary school students’learning interest,and then puts forward some training strategies from four aspects of the organization concept,content,form and environment of extracurricular activities,in order to provide reference for teachers’teaching.
