读书使人明理。"书香校园"的构建无论是对小学生阅读能力提升,还是对小学生品德素质的提升都是十分有利的。所以,在小学育人过程中,我们应充分认识到图书对学校德育的强化作用,从组织构建、环境建设、氛围营造、范围延伸等多个方面入手打造书香校园,以浓浓书香在小学校园中的充分弥漫来助力小学生个人品德与文化素养的全面提升。
