班主任作为班级的主要管理者和引导者,需要对班级的整体工作和事物做全面的掌握和控制,需要对班级所有人员进行有效地把控与干预。而建立科学合理的班级管理制度,并将制度贯彻落实到日常教学管理工作中,是实现班级有效管理,提升班级发展效率的关键所在。因此,如何在班级管理工作中改变传统模式下的班级管理思维,通过创设全新的管理方法和管理模式改变学生对班主任的传统认知,是当前班主任班级管理工作中需要重点面对的一个问题。基于此,本文将针对农村初中班主任班级管理工作的开展现状展开分析与论述,提出相关问题,并查找解决问题的方法和策略,希望为后续的农村初中班主任班级管理工作提供参考依据。

As the main manager and guide of the class,the teacher in charge of the class needs to have a comprehensive grasp and control of the overall work of the class,and need to effectively control and intervene all the members of the class.Establishing a scientific and reasonable class management system and implementing the system into daily teaching management is the key to achieving effective class management and improving the efficiency of class development.Therefore,how to change the class management thinking under the traditional mode in class management work,and to change the students’traditional cognition of the class teacher by creating a new management method and management mode is a problem that needs to be faced in the current class management work of the class teacher.Based on this,this article will analyze and discuss the current situation of the class management of rural junior high school teachers,raise related issues,and find methods and strategies to solve the problems,hoping to provide a reference for the follow-up rural junior high school class management work.
