摘要 教师专业化是课程改革的关键,是教育现代化的必然要求。提升教学能力是教师学科专业发展的重中之重,要注重构建教师的课程开发和教学评价能力等。教师专业化成长过程要注重分析和反思教学行为,帮助教师多渠道获取信息,不断学习并创新课堂教学,建构新型教研培训模式。网络发展和媒体技术融合已成为教师教学的共同需求。师生均可利用丰富多样的网络资源,共享网络平台交流、互动、研修和学习,夯实教师专业化发展基础。 Teacher professionalization is the key to curriculum reform and the inevitable requirement of education modernization.Improving teaching ability is the top priority of teachers’professional development,and we must pay attention to constructing teachers’curriculum development and teaching evaluation ability.Teachers’professional growth process should focus on analyzing and reflecting on teaching behavior,helping teachers obtain information through multiple channels,continuously learning and innovating classroom teaching,and constructing a new model of teaching,research and training.Network development and the integration of media technology have become the common needs of teachers in teaching.Teachers and students can use the rich and diverse network resources to share the network platform for communication,interaction,research and study,and lay a solid foundation for the professional development of teachers.
