摘要 随着新课改教学的实施,要求教师在教学过程中平等对待所有同学,构建和谐平等的课堂学习环境,保障学生都能全面健康的进行学习。刚刚步入初中阶段的学习当中,学生往往会出现一些不适应,无论是生活还是学习过程中出现很多问题,教师应该对学生进行相应的指导教学,引导他们的心理健康发展。尤其是在农村初中英语教学过程中,要帮助一些基础薄弱的学困生克服学习问题,使教学过程中的学生都能获得全面的英语素养提升。 With the implementation of the new curriculum reform,teachers are required to treat all students equally in the teaching process,build a harmonious and equal classroom learning environment,and ensure that students can study comprehensively and healthily.In the learning just entering the junior middle school stage,students often have some maladjustment.There are many problems in life and learning.Teachers should give students corresponding guidance and teaching to guide their mental health development.Especially in the process of English Teaching in rural junior middle schools,we should help some students with learning difficulties with weak foundation to overcome their learning problems,so that all students in the teaching process can obtain a comprehensive improvement of English literacy.
