The head teacher plays an important role in the process of class management.In the context of the continuous development of educational concepts,the junior high school head teacher needs to pay attention to the positive innovation and change of the class management concept.For example,the people-oriented education concept is an effective class management concept.This concept fully respects the status of students as the main body,and promotes the development of students’personality as the main educational purpose.This article first elaborates the significance of the people-oriented education concept,and then puts forward some suggestions on the management practice strategies of the junior high school head teachers under the people-oriented education concept,hoping to improve the efficiency of junior high school class management.
