摘要
分层教学是按照学生知识的学习,理解以及接受程度进行划分,将他们划分成不同的群体,之后制定层次化的教学内容与实施方案。学生不同,方案不同,满足的学习需求不同,所起到的教学效果也不同。在素质教育的今天,义务教学的实施,采取的是平行班级的方式,不同学生需求不同,能力不同,所以传统的教学方式已经不受用了,也不利于学生的个性化发展。因此,分层模式在教学中应用的可行性和必要性逐渐地凸显。本文以初中语文为例,对分层模式在应用进行了具体探析,以供参考。
Hierarchical teaching is to divide students into different groups according to their learning,understanding and acceptance of knowledge,and then formulate hierarchical teaching contents and implementation plans.Different students,different programs,different learning needs,and different teaching effects.In today’s quality education,the implementation of compulsory teaching adopts the way of parallel classes.Different students have different needs and abilities,so the traditional teaching methods are no longer used and are not conducive to the personalized development of students.Therefore,the feasibility and necessity of the application of hierarchical model in teaching are gradually highlighted.Taking junior middle school Chinese as an example,this paper makes a specific analysis on the application of hierarchical model for reference.
